In short: Kargan collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account.

Who we are

Kargan: The Exile's Crown (“Kargan”, “the game”) is published by Libra International FZCO. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].

Data we collect

None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal information, and it sends no data to our servers. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking tools.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (unlocked levels, gold, outfits, settings, awards) is saved locally on your device so you can resume where you left off. It never leaves your device, except through the Apple services described below. Deleting the game erases it.

iCloud

If iCloud is enabled on your device, your progress is synchronized between your devices through Apple's iCloud storage, in your own iCloud account. We have no access to it. This service is provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your Ash Tower altitude record and your awards are sent to Apple Game Center, where they may appear on leaderboards according to your Game Center settings. Game Center is provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we do not collect your Game Center identity.

In-app purchases

Purchases, such as the Full Adventure, are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details or your identity; the game only receives a confirmation that unlocks the purchased content.

Children

Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
